Opening Times:

The cathedral floor and crypt open at 0830 Monday to Saturday. The galleries open at 0930. Last admissions to the cathedral are at 1600. Once inside the cathedral, last admissions to the galleries are at 1615

Please note that the Cathedral is not open for Sightseeing on Sunday's

7th September - Cathedral opens at 15.00
16th September - Cathedral opens at 12.30
20th September - Cathedral opens at 1300

29th September - Last admissions at 15.00

13th October - Last admissions at 12.00
27th October - Last admissions at 1400

25th November - Cathedral opens at 12.30

8th December - Last admissions at 15.15

18th December - Last admissions at 11.00 (Cathedral reopens again at 14.30)

25th December - Christmas Day. No Access for Sightseeing (Worship Only)

Directions:

On Foot:
Many people access St Paul’s via the Millennium Bridge from the South Bank, which offers stunning views of the south side of the Cathedral from the river.

By Car:
Visitors to St Paul’s are advised to arrive by public transport whenever possible. There is a public car park on Queen Victoria Street to the south of the Cathedral. On-street parking is very restricted around the Cathedral itself, but there is limited parking in the Cathedral’s coach park for cars displaying a disabled badge.

By Train:
The major local over-ground stations are London Bridge (20 minute walk), Cannon Street (8 minute walk), and Blackfriars (5 minute walk).

By Underground:
The nearest Underground station is St Paul’s on the Central Line (2 minute walk). Mansion House, Cannon Street and Blackfriars stations on the District and Circle Lines are also within walking distance. Central line trains run every four minutes on weekdays and every six minutes at weekends.

By Coach:
Coach parking is available on the south side of the Cathedral

By Bus:
Directly outside the Cathedral you can catch the following buses:
No.4 to Waterloo or Archway
No.11 to Liverpool Street or Fulham Broadway
No.15 to Paddington or Eastham
No.23 to Liverpool Street or Ladbroke Grove
No.26 to Elephant and Castle or Shadwell

From Newgate Street you can catch the following buses:
No.242 to Tottenham Court Road to Homerton Hospital
No. 25 Oxford Circus or Ilford

By Bike:
Free bicycle parking is provided in designated places on streets throughout the City.
